This invention applies fermented soybean extract for prevention/ therapy of certain cancer, it also inhibits the function of LOX-5, LOX-12, LOX-15; It is also beneficial for purpose of health improvement.

Summary
The invented fermented soybean extract can lead to apoptosis of certain cancer cells, and to lower cancer cell spreading and angiogenesis in order to suppress cancer cells. The other noticeable functions include suppressing LOX enzymes, having antioxidant effect, suppressing free radicals, and also beneficial for human health.
