Abstract
This discovery is based on application of fermented soybean (Glycine max) extract, a method to enhance individual's NK cytotoxic activity, in particular, using fermented soybean extract to prevent or cure cancer and infection. Besides, patient undergo radio and chemotherapy can take advantage from this discovery method to activate one's NK cytotoxic activity and increase immunity.

Briefing
This discovery provides any individual an effective dose of bean extract, and enhance natural cytotoxic activity, a method for cancer prophylaxis and/or prevention. In particular, patient whom undergo radio and chemotherapy can take fully advantage of this product to activate NK cell's cytotoxic activity thus to increase immunity. This soybean extract is symbiotic with one strain of Lactobacillus Acidophilus and one strain of yeast for symbiotic fermentation. The bean mentioned in our discovery refer to either soybean or black bean, thus, bean fermentation extract refers to either soybean fermentation extract or black bean fermentation extract.

1. A bean fermentation extract utilize in prophylaxis and /or treatment of certain individual which related to NK cytotoxic activation, includes enhancing cytotoxicity with effective dose to prevent or treat therapeutic individual in relation to NK cell activation.
2. According to patent filing area item 1 of bean extract, referring disease should be cancer or infectious disease.
3. According to patent filing area item 1 of bean extract, referring extract should be derived from bean solution, and symbiotic with at least one strain of Lactobacillus Acidophilus and at least one strain of yeast for resultant of fermentation product, which to enhance NK cell cytotoxic activity.
