Abstract
A fermentation process method for Glycine max extraction (or called FSE). It is mainly a fermented product from symbiotic fermentation from lactobacillus acidophilus together with yeast, through cultivation, condensation to yield extract. This fermented extract can inhibit neuron glutamic acid receptor and NMDA and Kainate binding, prolong penobarbital induced sleeping period, and diminish fatigue from chemotherapy for cancer patient.
