The National Biotechnology Industry Promotion Association holds awards for National Innovation, National Quality Certificate / National Biotechnology Quality Award Ceremony on December 21st. Microbio is awarded for two prizes includes "Micro-fermentation", and "Four Herbs Iron" for National Biotechnology Quality Award with Golden and Bronze Award.

Microbio is awarded with "Micro-fermentation, probiotics rejuvenation essence", and "Lee Herbs - Four Herbs Iron Drink" for Golden and Bronze Award. For there are thousands of health care products existed in the market, only 27 are considered with award prize, and especially, Microbio's "Micro-fermentation, probiotics rejuvenation essence" stand out to be the best of the best to win the highest Golden Award. This represents Microbio's product with superiority in efficacy, operation environment, machinery equipment, production SOP and quality control are convinced by the examination board.

This year's National Biotechnology Quality Award is categorized into R&D technology, innovation product, cosmetics, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, nutrient home care, therapeutic institution, and health care, total of 7 major areas to award 84 prizes. This year there are 207 biotech companies and institution enrolled, 73 companies are awarded. CEO of IBMI, also chairman of Legislature Department noted, many of Taiwan's health care products and service providers are uneven, for this particular reason, establishment of National Quality Certificate evaluation will keep the good and driven out of the bad to make sure that biotech industry can grow.
